Thus Paul Maliszewski begins his piece about journalistic fakery and satire. It is a wicked act to spoof the "truth", but sometimes it is the only way to the Truth. Maliszewski's article is one of the best reads I have had in a long time. It chronicles the various personae he donned while a reporter at a business newspaper in central New York.
